Welcome to Hydra911 IV Therapy (“Hydra911,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking services, or receiving treatment, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Services

Hydra911 provides mobile IV hydration and wellness services, including but not limited to:

IV fluid therapy

Vitamin infusions

Wellness injections

Weight loss treatments (including GLP-1 medications)

Peptide therapies

All services are provided by licensed medical professionals under appropriate medical oversight.

2. Not Emergency Medical Care

Hydra911 is not an emergency medical service.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (tel:911) or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

3. Medical Evaluation & Eligibility

All clients must complete required medical intake forms and consents

Treatment is subject to clinical approval by a licensed provider

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe

4. Informed Consent

By receiving services, you acknowledge that:

You have been informed of the risks, benefits, and alternatives

You have had the opportunity to ask questions

You voluntarily consent to treatment

5. Risks of Treatment

IV therapy and injectable treatments carry potential risks, including but not limited to:

Infection

Bleeding or bruising

Allergic reactions

Medication side effects

Vein irritation or infiltration

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Disclose medications, allergies, and conditions

Follow post-treatment instructions

Notify providers of any adverse effects

Failure to do so may increase risk and may limit our ability to safely treat you.

8. Payments & Fees

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified

We accept payment through third-party processors (e.g., Square)

Deposits may be required for booking

9. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made within 48hrs

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

Loss of deposit

10. Mobile Service Conditions

By booking mobile services, you agree:

To provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment

That services may be declined if the environment is deemed unsafe

That travel areas may be limited based on location
